3. HPP. High pressure processing is best way to preserve the goodness in coconut water without using heat and extending its shelf life
There are many other coconut waters available but these will be from concentrate and more than likely heat treated to kill bacteria and extend their shelf life for very long periods. They are also likely to have additives like sweeteners. Any of these will be lacking the nutrients and will not taste as good.
